you crack me up!!! We were adopted by a dog that got thrown out on our street (used to happen a lot where I live...) and the dog stole the kids toys from the sandbox.. oh the story goes on and on... I need to blog about him...
Anyway, thanks for the giggle.. had to put my coffee down! lol!

seriously weird... my husband did the same thing 2 weeks ago!!! we already have one dog (now 2). my 2 girls aren't nuts about "checkers" either.
i'm just glad to hear someone else is going through the same thing!!!
